This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your access to and use of the HumanSkill Corp website, services, digital products, assessments, coaching programs, and related content (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Purpose of This Policy

HumanSkill exists to support personal growth, leadership development, and Whole Brain Thinking through education, coaching, and self-reflection tools. This policy exists to:

  • Protect users and the integrity of our Services

  • Safeguard our intellectual property

  • Prevent misuse, abuse, or misrepresentation of our tools

  • Ensure lawful, respectful, and ethical use

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Services only for:

  • Personal, educational, or professional development purposes

  • Participating in coaching, workshops, courses, or assessments as intended

  • Lawful uses consistent with this policy, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

A. Use of Assessments & Frameworks

HumanSkill assessments and frameworks are proprietary tools designed to support education, self-awareness, and personal or professional development.

Permitted Use & Sharing

You may:

  • Complete HumanSkill assessments for their intended educational and developmental purposes

  • Share your own individual assessment results with others (such as a coach, manager, mentor, or team) for learning, reflection, or development

Any shared results must:

  • Be shared unaltered and in context

  • Not be represented as medical, psychological, clinical, or diagnostic evaluations

  • Not be used for employment-related decisions (including hiring, firing, promotion, or compensation)

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or publish the assessment itself, including questions, scoring logic, frameworks, or methodologies

  • Reverse-engineer, modify, translate, or attempt to derive the underlying structure or scoring of the assessment

  • Use assessment content or results to create competing tools, products, or services

  • Represent HumanSkill assessments or outputs as medical, psychological, or therapeutic instruments

  • Use assessments for clinical diagnosis, treatment, or regulated professional services

Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your personal insights and interpretations derived from your assessment results.

HumanSkill Corp retains all intellectual property rights in the assessments, frameworks, content, structure, and methodologies, including any updates or derivatives.

Enforcement

Misuse of assessments or violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services, in accordance with this Acceptable Use Policy and our Terms of Service.

B. Intellectual Property Violations

You may not:

  • Copy or republish course materials, frameworks, videos, exercises, or written content

  • Record or redistribute coaching sessions, workshops, or digital courses

  • Use HumanSkill content to train AI models, scrape data, or create derivative tools

  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

All HumanSkill materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

C. Harmful, Abusive, or Deceptive Conduct

You may not:

  • Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others

  • Upload or transmit false, misleading, or deceptive content

  • Impersonate another person or organization

  • Misrepresent your affiliation with HumanSkill

D. Security & Technical Abuse

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data

  • Introduce malware, viruses, bots, or harmful code

  • Circumvent access controls, paywalls, or security features

  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission

E. Illegal or Unlawful Activity

You may not use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

  • Engage in fraud, deception, or financial misconduct

4. User-Generated Content

If you submit content (e.g., testimonials, comments, messages, uploads):

  • You affirm you have the right to submit it

  • You agree it does not violate any laws or third-party rights

  • You acknowledge content may become public

  • You grant HumanSkill a non-exclusive right to use it for legitimate business purposes

We reserve the right to remove content that violates this policy.

5. Coaching & Educational Disclaimer

HumanSkill Services:

  • Are educational and developmental, not medical or therapeutic

  • Do not provide mental health, psychological, or medical treatment

  • Do not replace professional advice from licensed providers

Use of our Services is at your own discretion and responsibility.

6. Enforcement & Consequences

If we believe this policy has been violated, we may take action including:

  • Content removal

  • Suspension or termination of access

  • Account deactivation

  • Legal action where appropriate

We may act without prior notice where required to protect users, our business, or comply with law.
